Very dark and very bittersweet.

Inspired by soda fountain black and white sundaes, this very dark sauce also adds a finishing touch to berries, cheesecake or pastries.  Stir into hot coffee for a great mocha or make classic Pears Helene.   This dairy-free sauce has less than 1 gram of fat per serving!
